FastHaul Connect is a nationwide dispatch and delivery network. We connect individuals and businesses with reliable hot shot and courier drivers across the U.S.
❓What types of items can I ship?
We handle urgent, local, and regional hauls for:

We setup transport for hazardous materials, firearms, or illegal goods.
❓How fast can a driver be dispatched?
Most loads are matched with a verified driver within 30–90 minutes of posting, depending on location and urgency.
❓How much does it cost?
A one-time dispatch booking fee is required to confirm your job and start the assignment process.
Drivers are charged monthly based on tier or with a one-time fee based on individual jobs.
❓Do you handle long-distance or overnight deliveries?
Yes. We have drivers available for local and multi-state hauls. Just include your distance and timeframe when posting your load.
❓Are the drivers insured?
Yes. All FastHaul Connect drivers are required to submit:
Valid license & registration
Proof of commercial auto insurance
Any applicable DOT/MC numbers
❓Do you guarantee delivery times?
We do everything possible to match you quickly with the right driver. However, FastHaul Connect is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party carriers. Always allow for flexibility if timing is mission-critical.
❓How do I track my delivery?
Once your job is assigned, you’ll receive the driver’s name and contact number. Some drivers may offer GPS or live updates depending on your location. Dispatchers with FastHaul Connect will update you after pickup and within 1-2 hours of dropoff.
❓Can I cancel a load after posting?
Yes, but cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup may be subject to partial or full dispatch fee.
